Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall day-to-day operations of the Office of the Provost, ensuring efficiency and compliance with University policies and guidelines.
- Manage the Provost’s Chair funding, research support for office bearers, and handle submissions and payments to the Copyright Licensing & Administration Society of Singapore (CLASS).
- Process payments and raise journals for internal fund transfers and reimbursements.
- Procure and manage stationery, office and pantry supplies, and equipment for general office operations.
- Manage office assets, including capitalization, documentation, verification, replacement, retirement, secure disposal, and maintenance.
- Administer office phone systems, network copiers, and visitor accounts.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of PVO staff, including workspace setup and systems access.
- Support office operation roles such as fire warden, first-aider, incident commander, data protection delegate, and co-administrator of document sharing and archival systems.
- Manage office facilities, including key presses, shared spaces like storerooms and pantries, and workspace allocation.
- Advise on University guidelines and develop department SOPs.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
