Job Scope: We are seeking a dynamic Global Senior Leader for Business Development to lead our global expansion and revenue growth strategies. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, managing key customer relationships, and forging strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist with sector knowledge, a proven sales record, and experience in forming high-level client partnerships globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Development and Execution of Growth Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of global growth plans for our contract manufacturing services, analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitors to develop unique selling propositions and action plans.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain key customer relationships worldwide, ensuring high satisfaction levels and negotiating strategic contracts.
