Job Title: Finance Director
Location: Singapore
Reports To: CEO / Board of Directors

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital raising, investor relations, supply chain trade refinancing, and international accounting and compliance standards. This role will play a key part in shaping financial strategy and ensuring robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute capital raising initiatives, including equity, debt, and alternative financing options.
• Develop and manage investor relations strategy, including regular communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee and optimize supply chain and trade financing activities to ensure effective working capital management.
• Ensure full compliance with global accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP) and all relevant financial regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, long-term planning, and business performance.
• Lead the finance team, including accounting, treasury, and compliance functions.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a high-growth or international environment.
• Strong track record in capital raising and managing investor relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain trade refinancing and structured finance solutions.
• Expertise in global accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
