Job Title: Senior Accounts cum Human Resource

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive cum Human Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years and above of relevant work experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles and basic human resource.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain full set of accounts of financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, payroll and reports.
2. Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable transactions.
3. Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities.
4. Support month-end and year-end close processes.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
6. Manage payroll, CPF and GST submission.
7. Manage foreign workers/talent.
8. Prepare related contracts such as Employment contracts for incoming new staff.
9. Application/renew employment passes.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 4-5 years of work experience.
2. At least 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles and basic HR experience.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
4. Problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to multi-task and work independently.
7. Manage a small team.
8. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Knowledge of foreign employee relation management.
11. Preferably bi-lingual.
12. Fast responses.
13. Preferably Singaporean or Permanent resident.
