A leading company is seeking a passionate and technically experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of high-impact training programmes. The role involves designing and delivering training for Ground Support Equipment, overseeing training operations, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance workforce readiness.

We are looking for a passionate and technically experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of high-impact training programmes that ensure operational excellence and workforce readiness in our engineering teams.
Design & Deliver Training: Develop and conduct technical maintenance training (both theoretical and practical) for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and airport specialty vehicles. This includes classroom instruction and on-the-job training (OJT) that lead to employee qualifications.
Oversee Training Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance training office, ensuring the smooth delivery of training programmes, regular curriculum reviews, and strategic deployment of trainers.
Training Needs Analysis: Conduct learning needs assessments to tailor training content and instructional materials to individual and team development goals.
Leverage Learning Technologies: Evaluate and implement modern learning platforms such as e-learning systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance training delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with OEMs, MRO providers, training institutions, and relevant government agencies to support SATS’ training outcomes and workforce development goals.
Equipment & Facility Management: Ensure the serviceability and safety of training equipment and facilities to support effective learning experiences.
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical training management, ideally within the GSE, automotive, or aviation maintenance sectors.
Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training delivery. Certifications in training delivery or assessment are advantageous.

License: Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is required.
