A leading company in the APAC region is seeking a professional to coordinate the implementation of their digital platform rollout. The ideal candidate will have a background in business informatics, experience in the e-business sector, and familiarity with agile methodologies. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for supporting national companies and managing digital sales projects.
Tasks:
Responsibility and coordination of the implementation of the global rollout plan for the digital platform in the APAC region.
Responsibility and coordination of developments of the digital platform in the region in alignment with the global strategy.
Requirements management with relevant stakeholders and national companies in the region.
Supporting national companies in introducing, adapting, and modeling digital business processes according to global standards.
Providing first-level support for the digital platform in the region.
Supporting national companies in digital sales projects, including rollout, onboarding, and further development.
Reporting to the Team Lead of Global Digital Sales & Marketing Platform at Lapp Service GmbH.
Profile:
Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment.
Experience in international projects.
Initial experience with SAP Commerce is an advantage.
Experience with agile working methods such as Design Thinking or SCRUM and scalable frameworks like SAFe.
Good lateral leadership skills.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and assertiveness skills.
Business fluency in English.
