About the Role:

We are seeking a capable and proactive Merchandise & Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-of-the-end product lifecycle—from purchasing and merchandising to warehouse operations and logistics. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is experienced in both merchandise planning and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise Planning & Vendor Management
    Plan and manage product assortment based on sales data and trends. Source, negotiate, and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure availability, quality, and pricing.
  • Inventory & Stock Control
    Oversee inventory levels across all channels, including retail outlets and online platforms. Ensure proper stock allocation, timely replenishment, and accurate inventory records through regular checks.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
    Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouse and stores. Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
  • Warehouse & Team Oversight
    Monitor daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Guide and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Collaboration & Planning
    Work closely with marketing, retail, and finance teams to support product launches, promotions, and demand forecasting. Ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising and supply chain / warehouse operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, supply chain software, and Excel
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership with hands-on problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
