Job Description

1. Conduct new business development targeting local SMEs in Southeast Asia
2. Provide M&A advisory services
3. Prepare materials related to the acquiring company
4. Perform due diligence

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
2. Relevant work experience is a plus
3. Professional working proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders
