An Oil & Gas manufacturing company is seeking a Finance & Administrative Executive.
Working days: 5 days a week
Location: Tuas

Maintain accurate, updated, and accessible employee records.
Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare general ledger (GL) journals, accruals, and prepayments.
Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, AR/AP, expense, and petty cash ledgers.
Generate invoices and ensure statutory taxes are filed and paid.
Review and process expense claims and payments.
Conduct monthly balance sheet and profit & loss analyses.
Address ad hoc queries related to management accounting.
Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance.
Serve as the main contact for finance-related matters and queries from management and auditors.
Oversee payroll processing.
Handle additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Preferably 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Working rights in Singapore.
Availability: Monday to Friday, mornings.
Expected salary: $3,000 - $3,500 per month.
