Job description

An Oil & Gas manufacturing company is seeking a Finance & Administrative Executive.

Job Details:
  • Working days: 5 days a week

  • Location: Tuas

  • Benefits: Performance Bonus, Annual Salary Increment, Annual Leave, Company Trip, Transport Allowance

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate, updated, and accessible employee records.

  2. Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks.

  3. Prepare general ledger (GL) journals, accruals, and prepayments.

  4. Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, AR/AP, expense, and petty cash ledgers.

  5. Generate invoices and ensure statutory taxes are filed and paid.

  6. Review and process expense claims and payments.

  7. Conduct monthly balance sheet and profit & loss analyses.

  8. Address ad hoc queries related to management accounting.

  9. Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance.

  10. Serve as the main contact for finance-related matters and queries from management and auditors.

  11. Oversee payroll processing.

  12. Handle additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.

  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Working rights in Singapore.

Additional Information:
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, mornings.

  • Expected salary: $3,000 - $3,500 per month.
