• Specification Growth: Achieve target specifications to expand client's product range in the market.

• New Business Development: Identify and grow a new base of specifiers to increase market penetration.

• Specification Tools: Assist in creating key tools to boost sales and brand presence.

• Architect & Specifier Engagement: Influence decision-makers to adopt client's proprietary specifications.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and Technical teams on specification-related matters.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and specifiers to ensure high service quality.

Requirements:

• Min years of sales/marketing experience preferably in construction industry

• Able to present confidently and convincingly to a wide variety of group

• Possess own car is an advantage
