Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular estate inspections, identify building defects, and oversee maintenance and improvement works.

  • Attend to residents’ and tenants’ feedback or enquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and service providers.

  • Manage arrears cases in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with grassroots leaders on estate maintenance matters and assist in organizing community activities.

  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support estate management operations.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification such as Degree/ Diploma in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or Intelligent Building.

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in facilities or estate management.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.

  • Able to work under pressure and willing to perform overtime when necessary.
