AP Accountant (East/ MNC)

• Manage all monthly/quarterly/ad hoc financial reporting
• Handle staff claims, including data entry, follow up & settle disputed claims, prepare payment on a timely manner, accruals for closing purposes, as well as ensure all claims are in line with Company claim policy
• Handle fixed assets management
• Handle GST submission
• Liaise with appointed corporate secretary for all corporate secretary matters.
• Ensure tasks given to the team are completed on a timely manner

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Reports to Senior Finance Manager.
• Manage all monthly/quarterly/ad hoc financial reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
