About the RoleThe Operations Coordinator will support daily operations, manage equipment logistics, and ensure compliance with safety and project requirements. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Position: Operations Coordinator
- Employment: Full-Time
- Location: Gul Circle, Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Sat, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (half-day)
- Salary Range: SGD 4,000 to SGD 4,500 per month
- Bonus Rewards: Performance-based variable bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Head of Operations with daily tasks and site matters
- Coordinate with Operations Admin and Sales & Marketing teams for project execution
- Conduct site surveys and prepare safety documentation (e.g., method statements, risk assessments)
- Plan and manage logistics for site equipment delivery, installation, and removal
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Submit reports, checklists, and documentation to clients and management
- Liaise with Engineers to carry out inspections and submit technical drawings
- Conduct safety briefings, training, and organize site safety campaigns
- Investigate incidents and prepare root cause analysis reports
- Supervise team productivity, welfare, and prevent equipment loss or damage
- Reconcile asset and inventory records, producing monthly reports
- Use ERP system (e.g., in-house platform) for task management and improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ISO standards
What They’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role
- Preferred Skills: Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings; knowledge in electrical, electronic, or mechanical concepts and AutoCAD
Additional Criteria
- Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle required
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Comfortable with hands-on, field-based work
- Familiarity with construction industry processes is a plus
