Building Construction
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in an IT Admin or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry.
Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and digital document control systems.
Responsibilities:
Attend and document meetings, capturing key points, action items, and follow-ups.
Assist the Senior IT Manager in organizing day-to-day activities and project coordination.
Maintain and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) content to ensure accuracy and readiness for integration.
Monitor, track, and manage service request tickets from internal stakeholders or end users.
Assign service requests to the appropriate team members or departments based on the nature of the request.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure with clear communication to stakeholders.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors to raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Understands the end-to-end construction procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, quotation comparison, deliveries and invoicing.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, drawings, and technical documents.
Liaise effectively across departments, including IT, project management, and procurement.
