A leading company in logistics is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Operations professional to manage stock levels, assist with deliveries, and support project teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a valid driving license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Join a dynamic team and contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
● Help manage stock levels and track what’s in (and out) of the warehouse
● Assist with ordering and receiving goods (you’ll learn how to handle Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts)
● Unpack deliveries, check serial numbers, and make sure everything is logged properly
● Keep the warehouse neat, safe, and organized — everyone loves a clean workspace!
Delivery & On-Site Support
● Drive the company van to deliver goods to customers or project sites (Class 3/3A license required)
● Help transport tools, equipment, and even teammates to job sites when needed
● Pack and prep items for delivery, making sure nothing’s missing
● Prepare handover documents and make sure everything’s signed and delivered properly
️ Project & Technical Assistance
● Support project teams by purchasing tools or accessories
● Assist in simple hardware setup and configuration (great for those who like tinkering!)
● Learn how different tools and equipment are used in real-world projects
Admin & Team Collaboration
● Work closely with the senior procurement executive to manage stock and vendor orders
● Coordinate with the finance team to keep inventory records up-to-date
● Join stock-taking sessions — yes, it’s a team effort!
● Support any other exciting or ad-hoc tasks your supervisor needs help with
What We’re Looking For
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or operations
● Must have a valid Class 3/3A driving license and be comfortable driving the company van
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
● Comfortable communicating in both English and Chinese (for working with clients and teammates)
● Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
● Good attitude, team spirit, and willing to get involved where needed
● Interest in tools, hardware, or logistics is a big plus
● Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
