Senior Executive (Finance)

Paying up to $5300

Location: Novena

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Normal Office Hours

You will be responsible for managing the financial matters and maintaining the accounts for our investment property. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Accounts Management: Maintaining a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

  2. Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly financial reports for management, providing insights on the financial status of the property.

  3. Cashflow Monitoring: Overseeing cashflows, loan, and interest repayments to ensure financial stability.

  4. Tax Compliance: Submitting GST and handling related tax matters to ensure compliance.

  5. Ad-hoc Requests: Assisting with financial data requests from other departments or projects.

  6. Administrative Tasks: Performing finance department administrative tasks to support team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  3. Experience in managing accounts and financial reporting.
  4. Understanding of cashflow management and tax compliance.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
