Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and plot basic architectural and interior design drawings using computer-aided software (AutoCAD/REVIT).
2. Prepare tender, construction, as-built, and shop drawings for architectural and interior design projects.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant experience in sales, business, or marketing.
2. Self-motivated and highly resourceful.
3. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D rendering, and Microsoft Office; REVIT proficiency is advantageous. Basic skills in 3D Max/V-Ray with good command of English are preferred.

Pre-requisites:

1. Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, with a good working attitude, proactive and hardworking, with at least 5 years of experience.
2. Disciplined, able to perform well in a fast-paced environment, and capable of delivering drawing packages within deadlines.
