Job Summary

The CRM Analyst is a CRM functional professional with knowledge of CRM processes and systems that support key CRM initiatives and optimize our CRM platform. They will report to the Manager, Commercial Excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Support project activities from initial planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional/business stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements, translating them into user stories from a functional perspective.
• Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and support data migration efforts.
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, testing scripts/user guides, and training materials.
• Assist in meeting coordination, track actions, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Perform other tasks and seize opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst with CRM experience.
• Basic knowledge of CRM processes in Sales & Marketing and related IT systems.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities to meet project timelines.
