Job Description

• Assist the project team in implementing and maintaining workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with WSH Act, regulations, and company policies.
• Organize and conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs for workers and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, risk assessments, and training Matrix
• Support the preparation of risk assessments, safe work procedures, and other project required safety documents by given format for site activities according to method statement.
• Respond to and investigate incidents and accidents, able to prepare incident reports and recommending preventive measures.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent.
• Certificate in Safety Coordinator / Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health.
• Minimum two (2) years' of relevant safety experience
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health Act.
• Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
