Job description

Position: Programming/IT Manager (Programming - Chillers/HVAC/ACMV)

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Boon Lay

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9500 Basic + Minimum 2 months Variable Bonus (max up to 5 MONTHS BONUS) + 16 days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Refrigerating, Air-conditioning & Ventilation Machinery - MNC

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of Engineers to provide support to the Project team from validation to project implementation.
2. Improve team productivity and capability continuously.
3. Program devices and create/program graphics according to project requirements.
4. Advise on Test and Commissioning of system equipment.
5. Assist in the preparation and submission of operation and maintenance manuals.
6. Ensure all project software and database files are updated and backed up to the office server.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering or Building Control or a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
3. Experience with energy management systems, HVAC systems, Chiller Plant systems, or Building Management Systems is a plus.
4. Knowledge of IT networking, database programming, Function Block programming, Structured Language Programming, or HTML5 programming is advantageous.
5. Knowledge of industrial system protocols like BACnet, Modbus, LONTalk is preferred.
