Job description

In this role, you need to ensure precise and efficient service delivery. The method of carrying out the responsibility involves monitoring daily and overall progress, managing the project teams and budgets, and resolving challenges. Additionally, you are responsible for consistent, effective, and cost-efficient delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in IT Infrastructure design, Project Management assignments, Strategy formation, and Procurement advisory assignments for various clients.
• Led and delivered multiple small to medium-sized development and enhancement projects.
• Performed project estimation, planning, monitoring, and control across different project stages.
• Handled end-to-end service management, process development, and project evaluation in line with the business case.
• Captured clients’ technology requirements, managed IT projects, IT operations, infrastructure, datacenter operations, vendor relations, and procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing and leading teams.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure operations and project management.
• Experience working in a Whole of Government (WOG) environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects and client expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, quick learner, energetic, and capable of performing in challenging environments.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
