Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach and engage passersby in compelling conversations to introduce Vertical Institute’s tech and business courses.

  • Understand prospective learners’ goals, career challenges, and upskilling motivations to recommend suitable programs.

  • Represent the Vertical Institute brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm — embodying our values of empowerment, innovation, and excellence.

  • Clearly explain course options, benefits, and outcomes, helping individuals make informed decisions about their learning journey.

  • Maintain a neat, approachable appearance and a welcoming demeanor to create strong first impressions.

  • Ensure that marketing materials and booth displays are well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized.

  • Effectively communicate the value of our programs, including certifications, career support, and funding options (e.g., SkillsFuture, IBF).

  • Confidently address common questions and objections, ensuring clarity and trust in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.

  • Genuine passion for education, technology, and personal development.

  • Comfortable working in high-traffic, outdoor, or fast-paced event environments.

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion is advantageous.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
