Sales Executive (Junior/Senior)
  • Working Days: 5 days’ work week

  • Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

  • Office Location: Sungei Kadut

  • Salary up to $3700 + Commission (Junior)

  • Salary up to $4200 + Commission (Senior)

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.

  • Represent the company as a specialist in the construction industry.

  • Identify opportunities in the construction market and potential clients to foster growth.

  • Maintain excellent customer relationships, understanding their needs and delivering value.

  • Evaluate and analyze the potential of new customers.

  • Build and maintain a network with stakeholders such as developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.

  • Embrace the company’s vision, mission, and values, demonstrating personal accountability, business acumen, and disciplined execution.

  • Stay updated on site progress and provide effective material forecasts.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team on industry trends, issues, and activities to support product development and strategy.

  • Coordinate with dealers and customers on terms and conditions to ensure timely payments.

  • Provide monthly reports to the manager as per the set format.

  • Offer solutions on a case-by-case basis to customers.

  • Support, train, and troubleshoot for customers as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.

  • Hands-on experience with exposure to construction or related project sales.
