About CSP Singapore


The Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (Singapore) Ltd. (CSP SG) is an independent non-profit focused on advancing social and environmental sustainable development through sustainable finance, with a unique focus on the private wealth space.


CSP SG is the first major global expansion of CSP at the University of Zurich, a highly successful academic research and teaching institution that has a distinctive edge in bringing together wealth owners, investment professionals, scientists, and policy makers to generate knowledge and to mobilize capital toward impact.


CSP Zurich developed out of the Impact Investing for the Next Generation programme launched in 2015 at the Initiative for Responsible Investment at Harvard Kennedy School.


The CSP platform is deeply integrated in the private wealth community globally, including via deep partnerships with key investor networks such as Toniic and The ImPact, and key groups at leading universities ranging from Harvard University to MIT and the University of Zurich.


The work of CSP addresses three barriers in steering capital to impact:

  • Research into the key questions of sustainable finance and private wealth

  • Trainings that translate actionable insights into practice

As the Events and Marcomms Manager, you will focus on two key areas:


(1) Event Planning, Management & Operations, and


(2) Marketing Communications Dissemination


The successful candidate will work closely with the Partnerships Team and the Research Team.


This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and is passionate about contributing to sustainable finance and impactful investing. The Event and Marcomms Manager plays an essential part in ensuring the successful execution of CSP Singapore's programs and events and marketing communications functions of the company.


Tasks

Events and Project Management


Inaugural Conference Execution: Play a key role in the operational planning and execution of the company's inaugural conference scheduled for March 2026. Work in close partnership with the Partnerships department, which leads and owns the overall event strategy and planning. Provide logistical and operational support to ensure timely preparation, vendor coordination, and seamless on-site execution. Act as a key project manager to ensure operations run smoothly and the event meets its objectives and KPIs.


Event Management: Collaborate with the Events and Operations Manager to plan and execute events for wealth holders, ensuring all operational aspects are handled efficiently and ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. Develop and track operational reports to monitor event KPIs and operational outcomes. Assist in identifying staffing needs for events and support recruitment efforts.


Internal & External Communications


Social Media Management: Manage the company’s LinkedIn account, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing posts related to training sessions, research publications, and engagement events. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s mission and follows brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines set by HQ.


Website Integration: Manage and oversee the integration of the company’s local website with the global website, ensure operational aspects of the website integration are executed smoothly. Ensure user experience and brand presentation are consistent with global HQ standards, and that progress is tracked and communicated effectively.


Publications & Research Launches: Work closely with the research department to manage the launch and dissemination of publications and reports. Create compelling messaging for releases and ensure distribution aligns with target audience needs and global branding requirements.


• Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure local communication initiatives are consistent with global messaging and branding standards.


• Support the development and delivery of internal communications to ensure that staff are well-informed and aligned, especially around major events and publication launches.


Additional Responsibilities:


• Support Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the various departments to facilitate collaboration.


• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness in event and training management.


• Support Initiatives: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support CSP Singapore's mission and goals.


Requirements

Eligibility and Education


• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident


• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Finance or a related field.


Experience


• 5-7 years in events/project management/marketing communications, preferably in finance, professional services, or nonprofit sectors.


• Proven experience in large-scale event/conference management


Core Skills


• Strong project management skills (familiarity with tools like Asana, Airtable, or Zoho).


• Excellent writing & editorial skills (for reports, social media, and internal/external comms).


• Familiarity with Zoom/webinar platforms


Preferred Qualifications (Desirable but not mandatory)


1. Industry-Specific Experience


• Background in sustainable finance, ESG, or impact investing


• Prior work in a global/matrixed organization (for HQ-local coordination)


2. Technical Skills


• Experience with cross-border coordination


• Graphic design/video editing basics


• Experience launching research publications or editorial content across platforms


• Social media strategy & execution, particularly LinkedIn (content planning, publishing, engagement).


• Ability to manage website projects (basic CMS understanding, UX/consistency with global branding).
