Job description

Key Responsibilities

· Be involved in pricing, carrying out data analytics and portfolio management for Group, Individual Health and Shield portfolios

· Conduct regular assumption studies including inflation study, expense study and technical pricing review

· Maintain and enhance pricing tools and quotation engine

· Support system set up and implementation for product launches

· Produce and enhance business management information and client reports, with a focus on data-driven insights that will facilitate discussion of business strategies

· Engage reinsurers to put in place reinsurance arrangements, as part of the new product development process and to maintain existing facultative reinsurance arrangements

· Collaborate with stakeholders to implement key strategic initiatives

Requirements

· Actuarial / Mathematics / Statistics Degree

· Good progress in the Actuarial professional examinations

· At least 5 years of relevant experience

· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, with basic knowledge of VBA

· Good knowledge of Python

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities

· Meticulous and resourceful individual

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

· Experience in pricing of Group Employee Benefit schemes
