Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and ensure the serviceability of all systems and equipment at ICC 1 & 2.
2. Proficiently maintain, repair, and troubleshoot ICC systems and equipment, including warehouse systems, automation, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, packaging, inspection machines, washing machines, and waste management systems.
3. Perform maintenance and repairs promptly according to schedules, procedures, checklists, manufacturer recommendations, and within set timeframes.
4. Handle technical procurement of spare parts, contracts, and services following company policies.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to minimize system and equipment downtime.
6. Proactively resolve technical faults and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Observe all safety procedures and food safety requirements.
8. Maintain a safe work environment through proper housekeeping and hazard reporting.
9. Perform additional duties and projects as required.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum ITE certification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, and IT devices.
3. Competent in using industrial workshop equipment and welding tools.
4. Able to read technical drawings and documentation; fluent in English.
5. Capable of lifting heavy loads and working at heights.
6. Motivated team player with leadership qualities, able to work under tight deadlines.
7. Willing to work in office hours, rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime if necessary.
