An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage comprehensive accounting and administrative functions within their family office. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial reporting accuracy, statutory compliance, and effective HR support. A highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and administrative functions within the family office. This role is responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, and support for HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
Oversee full set of accounts and ensure accurate consolidation of Group financials.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes within statutory deadlines.
Prepare timely and insightful monthly financial reports for management.
Maintain accounting schedules, perform reconciliations, and ensure proper journal entries (e.g., Epoint sales reports, bank statements).
Submit quarterly GST filings and support corporate tax submissions.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers, and government bodies.
Handle property-related financial matters, including liaising with agents and tenants.
Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance renewals, AML/KYC requirements, and financial reporting obligations.
Oversee daily administrative operations including office supplies and general upkeep.
Manage payroll processing and maintain employee records (e.g., work permits, contracts).
Respond to government agency queries in consultation with management.
Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline or Accounting/ Professional Accounting Qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with strong accounting knowledge.
Proficient in MYOB, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of Singapore’s financial regulations, tax, and payroll requirements.
Meticulous, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
