A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Executive / Senior Executive, Service Order Management to bring expertise and operational excellence to our team.

As part of the Reman, Overhaul/Repair Order + Core Management Team (ROA) at Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia, you will play a critical role in driving after-sales success by managing service orders and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and timely service execution. This role will directly support our revenue growth strategy through improved customer experience and operational efficiency.

Rolls-Royce Power Systems, headquartered in Friedrichshafen, Germany, employs around 9,000 people. Our product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail, and defense vehicles, as well as solutions for the oil and gas industry, diesel and gas systems, and battery containers for mission-critical, standby, and continuous power, combined heat and power generation, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities
  • Work closely with the Service Sales team to identify business opportunities and propose marketing strategies to improve competitiveness and project success.
  • Perform full order management for Reman Engines Sales and Service Repair Orders, ensuring timely delivery and completion.
  • Coordinate parts requirements via SAP with the Parts, Technical & Material Planning Team and Warehouse Distribution team to meet job schedules.
  • Raise purchase requisitions for third-party services and follow up with vendors for the timely return of parts sent for external repair.
  • Proactively engage with key customers and provide tailored solutions aligned with both client and company expectations.
  • Maintain the Service Sales database and generate monthly reports capturing cost, profit/loss, and order performance.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by optimizing resource utilization and improving operational processes.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and promote operational efficiency across the department.
  • Comply with WSHA safety regulations and company WHS Committee risk assessment guidelines, especially when working at customer premises or on-site.
Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma / GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in service sales or order management.
  • Experience in reverse logistics and parts sales is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using the SAP system is required.
  • Familiarity with shipping coordination, freight forwarding, and understanding L/C (Letter of Credit) compliance terms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), a proactive approach, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
