Job description

Be part of a growing practice in the world's 5th largest consulting firm! We provide consulting and advisory services related to, and not limited to, financial health screening, data analysis, HR and Payroll, and assist family businesses to revamp/transform.

You are required to:

  1. Lead a team to conduct primary and secondary research, perform data compilation and analysis in collaboration with consultants.
  2. Brainstorm and source marketing ideas, develop marketing strategies and plans, and implement marketing activities.
  3. Support project operations and management, including liaising with relevant stakeholders and partners.
  4. Coach and mentor team members, including on-the-job training and timely performance reviews.

We are constantly seeking dedicated talents to join our practice. To be part of our team, you should possess:

  • A minimum of a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Brand consultancy or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player with initiative and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented, commercially focused, confident, well-organized, and capable of making things happen in a highly motivated environment.
