HR Specialist - GH

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support HR functions and enhance organizational effectiveness and culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and filing systems.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries (e.g., leave, travel, reimbursements).

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Administer employee insurance plans, process medical claims, and coordinate annual renewals.

  • Support training and development programs, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

  • Organize welfare events, team-building activities, and company functions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5 years of relevant HR experience.

  • Solid understanding of local HR practices and legislation, including the Employment Act and other statutory requirements.

  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).

  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of engaging employees at all levels.

  • Strong organizational ability, with the capacity to multitask and work independently.
