HR Specialist - GH
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support HR functions and enhance organizational effectiveness and culture
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and filing systems.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries (e.g., leave, travel, reimbursements).
Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Administer employee insurance plans, process medical claims, and coordinate annual renewals.
Support training and development programs, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Organize welfare events, team-building activities, and company functions.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid understanding of local HR practices and legislation, including the Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of engaging employees at all levels.
Strong organizational ability, with the capacity to multitask and work independently.
