A leading company in civil engineering is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contract processes for various projects. The role involves preparing estimates, evaluating bids, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to oversee the cost and contract management of our civil engineering and drainage projects. The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in cost control, tendering, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for tender submissions.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and procurement strategies.
Administer contracts, including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Conduct site measurements and valuations.
Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulations (e.g., BCA)
Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve cost-related issues.
Assist in risk management and cost forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
