The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Partners departments.

As a member of the HR Operations department, your day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:

· Lead the team to review and streamline benefits related policies, guidelines and processes. Implement improvements, including system enhancements and changes, or in other ad-hoc projects, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Lead the team to conduct random audit of the benefits provided and address the abnormalities through the use of technology/ or data analytics.

· Manage the outsourced benefits vendors (such as Employee Benefits insurers and Insurance broker, staff wellbeing and wellness service provider, and corporate attractions system developer) and review the relevant reports submitted for reporting purposes.

· Responsible for HR record management. Oversee and maintain the organisation’s employee records (both digital and physical records), ensuring compliance and confidentiality of HR data.

· Provide prompt and follow through advisory and customer service to the colleagues and forge closer partnership with the stakeholders.

Requirements

· Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience

· Meticulous and possess operational and systems thinking skills

· High level of initiative, independent with strong problem solving skills.

· Able to communicate and interact with all levels of staff

· Able to multitask effectively

· Team player and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
