Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality support for all ongoing Technical Team projects.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional and responsive service.
- Independently resolve escalated customer issues.
- Coordinate and oversee various project elements, providing regular updates to the Technical Director.
- Define project goals by evaluating proposals and consulting with management.
- Assign responsibilities and review bids to manage project phases and resources.
- Establish technical requirements and specifications through product research, customer needs, and industry standards.
- Validate product functionality through test planning and execution.
- Create and manage project schedules by analyzing plans and estimating timelines.
- Track progress, coordinate tasks, and resolve project-related issues to maintain timelines.
- Review and adjust plans and specifications as needed, recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor and control project budgets and manage contractor agreements.
- Generate status reports by compiling and analyzing project data, and suggest improvements.
- Support team goals by contributing to overall project outcomes.
- Ensure professional services targets are met.
- Collaborate with the commercial team for timely project completion.
- Lead both internal team members and external vendors/partners.
- Promptly escalate project issues to minimize delays.
- Monitor task completion, negotiate with clients on delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
- Proactive, creative, and self-motivated team player
- Strong customer focus and action-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrates initiative and consistently meets deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and effective communication with stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Proven soft skills for team and client interaction
- Ability to convey IT concepts and processes clearly
- Experience managing small to mid-sized IT solution projects
