Wh at you will do

  • We're looking for a creative and thoughtful Senior UI/UX Designer who enjoys designing for both B2B and B2C digital products. You'll play a key role in shaping intuitive, meaningful, and delightful user experiences-especially in health, wellness, and insurance domains.

How you would make a difference

  • User Research & Experience Strategy

  • Independently propose or p lan and conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to uncover real needs, motivations, and pain points .

  • Synthesize insights into personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and task flows to inform product direction and stakeholders.

  • Advocate for the user by communicating research findings and design rationale clearly to the team.

  • Strong advocator in Design Thinking and best UI/UX practices.

  • Design clean, engaging, and accessible user experiences across responsive web and mobile platforms.

  • Translate complex data or workflows into clear, intuitive UI.

  • Craft creative interactions and incorporate gamification mechanics where appropriate to drive user engagement, especially in health-related applications.

  • Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and fellow Designers in agile sprints to ideate, prototype, test, and iterate quickly.

  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, maintaining consistency while encouraging innovation.

  • Balance independent work with collaboration-knowing when to run with a task and when to align or ask for input.

  • Managing stakeholders with clear and concise communication is key.


What you need to be successful

  • Minimally 5 years of experience designing digital products across B2B and B2C contexts.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX thinking, UI craft, and ability to design around real user needs.

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or finance is a strong plus. Knowledge in PowerBi would be a bonus.


  • Proficiency in tools like Figma , Figjam and Miro

  • Confident in conducting user testing , synthesizing findings, and building journeys, blueprints, and personas from scratch.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and good design instincts , with a balance of creativity and practicality.

  • Clear communicator, thoughtful team player.

  • A high standard of work ethics , with a strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and empathy
