Admin Support Executive


Work Location: Commonwealth Area

Salary Range: $2,500-$3,000 (depends on experience)

Working Week: 45 hours (Saturday work if required only)

Working Hours: 9am-6pm


Work Environment: Office Warehouse



Job Description

  • Prepare the order in advance for delivery
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with order processing, invoice preparation, and updating inventory records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Support procurement activities by liaising with suppliers, collecting quotations, and maintaining purchase records.
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier databases.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to sales, logistics, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially related to documentation and data handling.

Skills Requirement

  • At least 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an F&B, FMCG, or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
