Job description

Job Description:

  • Support the Head of Department in the implementation of relevant programmes.

  • Conduct property walkabout to ensure compliance with WSH guidelines.

  • Support in maintaining risk registry and compliance to applicable regulations.

  • Required to assist the in-house WSH training and promotion activities.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • NITEC/Diploma in any discipline with atleast 2 years of relevant working experience.

  • Proven experience in monitoring workplace safety and health protocols, preferably in hospitality/ healthcare or retail environment.

  • Valid registration as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) would be an advantage.

  • Familiarization with various safety or quality certification programmes such as ISO and safety and health management systems are preferred

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organization with multi-generational staff

  • Team player, highly motivated and action-orientedwith excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
