About the role

We are seeking a driven and talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic global Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our global Comms & Digital team, which forms part of our global MBD team, in delivering impactful campaigns while building your skills across various creative and technical disciplines.

Duties

• Assist in the production and editing of videos for social media, website, and internal platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines
• Support the creation of audio content by contributing to podcast production tasks like editing and uploading
• Design graphics, event materials, email templates, branded items, and ads using brand-approved design tools.
• Draft and schedule communications for our website, social media channels, and mailshots ensuring it reflects our tone of voice and supports ongoing campaigns
• Update and post content on our website with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to assist in the smooth execution of projects and campaigns
• Provide general administrative support to enhance department efficiency.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a marketing or creative role.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic experience with video editing and podcast software like Moovly, Veed, or equivalent tools.
• Basic experience using website CMS such as Umbraco and Word Press.
• An understanding of social media platforms and content creation for digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for learning within a supportive team environment.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
