Job description

A healthcare industry is seeking a 6-month maternity cover for the HR Business Partner (HRBP) position.

Your new role
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure the end-to-end recruitment process complies with SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) on manpower planning.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental manpower needs.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Provide manpower analytics, including recruitment and attrition data, to department heads.
  • Advise Department Heads on processes and requirements related to the TPM cycle.
  • Update departments on TPM outcomes and calibration results.
  • Engage regularly with line managers and Department Heads to understand issues and provide solutions.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Coordinate Talent Identification programmes and follow up on related action items.
  • Plan and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for talents, ensuring quality in collaboration with HODs.
  • Organize engagement sessions for DyCE and address arising matters.
  • Coordinate L&D course scheduling and nominations, including non-cluster courses aligned with business needs.

  • Ability to manage high-volume activities and handle confidential data
