Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive attendance, exhibitor participation, and sponsorship for our events. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and carry out multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social), adapting globally, managing timelines/budgets, and creating marketing materials.
Manage social media, optimize website SEO, run email campaigns, and analyze performance.
Align marketing with sales/operations, partner with media, and manage vendors.
Research markets, monitor competitors, and report on campaign effectiveness.
Provide on-site marketing and assist with post-event reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the events industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software.
Fluency in Mandarin is highly beneficial for this role, as it involves direct interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
