Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across business units and countries to improve profitability.
  • Apply lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Use productivity metrics and data to initiate cost-saving projects.
  • Challenge existing practices and seek innovative solutions, fostering a growth mindset and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high standards by striving for ongoing process improvements and resource optimization.
  • Encourage team contributions to process improvements and adopt a problem-solving approach.
  • Conduct detailed diagnostics of operations to uncover root causes of issues.
  • Utilize data for informed decision-making and foster a culture of measurement and management.
  • Design and implement a group-wide operational excellence program to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies for adopting best practices and standards across operations.
  • Enhance service quality to increase customer satisfaction and attract new business.
  • Build a skilled pool of Continuous Improvement resources across functions.

Key Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in operations or process engineering.
  • Proficiency in Lean Management, Six Sigma, Value-Stream Mapping, or similar tools (certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred).
  • Experience in designing and implementing company-wide Operations Excellence initiatives.
  • Knowledge of processing, manufacturing, aviation, or food-catering industries is advantageous.
  • Strong initiative, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
  • Proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
