It’s hard work but incredibly rewarding and a lot of fun!We also recognize that you do have a life and at Redis we go to greatlengths to ensure the wellbeing of all our employees is at the heart ofeverything that we do.If you are a new business hunter with a passion for scaling a businessand owning your own territory, then we would like to hear from you.What You’ll DoFormulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth foryour territoryIdentify, qualify and develop sales pipeline collaborating withinternal teams.Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotaobjectives.Build strong and effective relationships with your customers andpartners, delivering the value they come to expect from you and fromRedis.Work independently and with the whole team, up-selling andcross-selling.What will you need to have? 5+ years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterpriseclients in the Singaporean marketA consultative and value-based approach to selling open-source softwarefor cloud, on premise and hybrid deploymentsDomain expertise in the finance, retail, gaming, telco andgovernmentA deep understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation, leaddevelopment, opportunity management, to closingExceptional communication skills and the ability to present thebusiness value of complex solutions in a simple and straightforwardwayProven track record of consistently achieving targets andobjectivesExperience in working with channels / partnersExtra Bonus If You HaveKnowledge of other NoSQL databases, graph or search data platformswould be a plusWe Give Back To Our EmployeesOur culture is what makes Redis a fun and rewarding place towork.
