Our client is seeking a WSH Coordinator to join their team!
What you'll be doing?
- Safety System Coordination: Oversee and coordinate health & safety systems throughout the organization.
- Risk Control Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections to ensure implemented risk control measures are being observed and practiced.
- Incident Management: Investigate and report WSH incidents, coordinating the implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans.
- On-Site Presence: Work on-site to actively monitor and address safety concerns in real-time.
- Hazard Identification: Utilize your practical and meticulous nature to observe safety hazards and address them promptly and decisively.
- WSH Program Deployment: Implement and manage workplace safety and health programs to enhance overall safety culture.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage WSH performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Business Continuity: Contribute to business continuity planning and implementation from a safety perspective.
- Safety System Development: Develop and refine workplace safety and health management systems.
- Safety Promotion: Assist management in promoting environmental, health & safety awareness among workers.
Who are they looking for?
- WSH Certification: Hold an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
- Relevant Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Construction field.
- Legal Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
