Qualifications

• 1-3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the freight industry.
• Proficiency in English and Korean for client communication.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:
50% Supply Chain Management

• Manage and coordinate with Korea HQ for procurement activities, inventory control as well as distribution operation to achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs
• Handle demand planning
• Analyse sales and inventory data as well as operational performance
• Liaise and coordinate with overseas suppliers for accurate and timely delivery of inventory
• Able to resolve any disruptions in supply chain
• Handle import and export procedure and documentations
• Review compliance of imported product specifications and labelling in accordance with Singapore laws.
• Familiar and keep abreast with food regulations in Singapore

50% Sales (50% Hunting, 50% Farming)

• In charge of B2B sales account (Supermarkets, Retail stores)
• Develop and secure new market and customers through activities to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth
• Negotiate business terms with key customers
• Develop and execute promotion activities
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1~3 years of purchasing experience, preferably within the freight industry (Ideally best if handling food products)
• Proficiency in English and Korean to liaise with Korean-speaking clients
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
