Job Description/Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Administrative Management
• Minimum 1 year work experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a related field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Issue of Purchase orders and Purchase requisitions
• Source for potential suppliers
• Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, supplier quotations, and delivery schedules
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Enter order details into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure stock levels and proper storage
• Perform other purchasing duties as assigned
