Our client is a global medical MNC seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our human resources function to cover full spectrum HR functions.
- Participate in HR inquiries and HR administration processes such as candidate liaison, interviews, work pass applications, and payroll processing.
- Formulate and monitor manpower budgeting and headcount reports periodically.
- Coordinate and manage expatriate matters, including application and renewal of employment passes/work permits, onboarding incoming expatriates, and exit procedures.
- Support HR system implementation and serve as the superuser of HRMS.
- Identify training needs and provide training support.
- Manage office administration matters such as hotel bookings, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
- Provide secretarial support and perform receptionist duties.
- Organize employees’ annual health screenings.
- Perform other office administration duties as assigned.
- Assist in office procurement activities, ensuring approvals are in place and processes are followed.
Requirements/Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in HR-related matters.
- At least 3 years of experience in management office administration.
- Reliable with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and related statutory policies.
- Knowledge of HR functions including immigration and payroll matters.
- Good verbal and written command of English.
