1. Air Export Manager

Note: Must currently be working as an Air Export Manager.

Location: Alps Ave (Changi)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | Alt Sat 9am-1pm

Salary: $4000-$5600

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Air Export Operations (local and offshore BPO team in Manila) handling export airfreight documentation such as HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing lists, permits, and pre-alerts.
  • Manage a hybrid team responsible for out-of-office hours and weekend activities (Critical Response Team).
  • Coordinate resources and manpower, especially during weekends and public holidays.
  • Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Ensure customs clearance procedures and compliance with export regulations.
  • Track and trace shipments, update internal stakeholders, and resolve delays or issues.
  • Handle export billing, cost verification, and invoices/disputes with suppliers and networks.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  • Assist in process improvements and ad hoc operational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  • Maintain records of all export transactions accurately in company systems.
  • Support terminal operations and handle escalations.
  • Participate in new customer onboarding and SOP updates.
  • Train and coach new staff on export activities.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in airfreight export operations.
  • Strong knowledge of airfreight documentation, airline booking, and customs/export regulations.
  • Familiarity with Singapore customs procedures and systems (e.g., Tradenet, Cargo Community Network).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise, Cargowise One).
2. Airfreight Customer Service

Salary: $2,800 – $3,200

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm

Location: Changi Airfreight Center

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries related to airfreight shipments (export/import).
  • Provide shipment updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with operations, airlines, and transport teams.
  • Prepare quotations, bookings, and shipping documents.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Support documentation and follow-up activities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in airfreight customer service or logistics.
  • Good understanding of airfreight operations and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems.
