Job description

Tittle: Admin cum HR Executive

Working Days:

5 Days 8:30am - 5:15pm


Location:

Tuas (Company Transport provided, Pick-up points at Marsiling MRT Station & Jurong East MRT Station)


Salary:

$2800 to $3500 depends on experience


Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment


Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and HR support within the company's policies and procedures, engaging staff at all levels to contribute to the achievement of strategic goals.


Responsibilities:
  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  2. Answering phone calls, transferring them, and taking messages for the appropriate department.
  3. Coordinating with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and renewal of services and equipment such as water filtration, floor mats, indoor plants, cleaning services, and staff transportation.
  4. Preparing and processing monthly food voucher distribution for eligible staff.
  5. Monitoring and replenishing pantry and stationery supplies.
  6. Supporting monthly payroll activities, including attendance checking and overtime processing.
  7. Sourcing and administering training needs (sourcing, administration & registration).
  8. Assisting in the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
  9. Liaising with vendors on dormitory issues.
  10. Planning and organizing employee welfare/engagement activities and company events.
  11. Performing any ad-hoc activities within HR and Admin functions as assigned by the HR Manager.
