[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review, and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

  • Manage student financial systems and processes related to fees charging, billings, collections, and refunds.
  • Collaborate and partner with relevant agencies and internal stakeholders to develop related student financial systems.
  • Stakeholder Management – Manage internal and external requests and queries (including auditors) regarding AR processes.
  • Perform data analytics to provide insights for process and policy review.
  • Review, streamline, and improve finance policies and processes.
  • Ad-hoc projects may be assigned from time to time.

[What we are looking for]

  • Credential in Accountancy or IT with accounting knowledge.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in accounts receivable functions.
  • Experience in accounting system implementation is preferred.
  • Meticulous, resilient, adaptable, with the ability to collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
