5 Days (Monday to Friday – 9.00AM – 6.00PM)

Job Scope:

• Assist with troubleshooting basic IT issues across departments.

• Coordinate the repair and refresh of hardware (e.g., laptops, desktops).

• Provide helpdesk support, including setting up new laptops and systems.

• Maintain and update records of IT assets and repairs using Excel or other database tools.

• Perform ad-hoc IT duties as required.

Requirement:

• ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science

• 0 – 2 Years of Relevant experience in Information Technology

• Basic knowledge in Helpdesk support or Laptop Troubleshooting
