Responsibilities:

1. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
2. Maintain accurate financial records and reports
3. Liaise with vendors and internal teams for payment processing
4. Assist in financial reconciliation and month-end closing
5. Open finance-related mail for scanning and filing
6. Handle other finance-related administrative duties

Requirements:

1. Minimum education O Level/ above, with credit pass in Mathematics
2. Preferably with experience in healthcare, hospitality, aesthetics, or service retail sectors
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills
4. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
